am reminded of the age of the building which everyone said should be
torn down. Removal of vinyl siding and repair of the spindles and
lacy trim restored its value to the community. Nearby, Lacecap
Hydrangeas, once seen only in your grandmother's garden, now stand
proudly in the new landscape design. The sunlight and morning
